Order & Shipping
Cupcakes are available for delivery and local pickup in the Greater Los Angeles area only. Once placed, orders will not be canceled or refunded for any reason.
All cupcakes are finely designed and handmade by Chef Yi. Please order your custom figure sculpture at least 1 day in advance of the delivery or pickup date. Due to the limited production capacity, please order as early as possible before your event.
You will be able to choose either to pick up your cake by yourself or have us deliver it to you on the scheduled shipping date. For cake delivery, please make sure that you have provided the correct phone number, your name, zip code, apartment #, street #, or type of street (Blvd., Rd., Ave., etc.). we cannot be responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete phone numbers and addresses.
Disclaimer
The images on our website are used for display purposes only, and your finished custom figure sculpture may be different depending on your choice of theme design, sculpture style, and feature customization. Since each item is handmade, there may be a slight difference from the picture. We will do our best to create your piece as detailed as possible and similar as shown based on your choice of the sculpture style.
The materials we use for decorating are technically edible. However, the decorations are intended for decorative use only. Figures of large sizes may have the internal support structures built inside, and some of our cake toppers may have toothpicks or wrapped flower wires inside. Please be careful if you decide to eat them and we are not responsible for any injury, damage, or liability to person or property due to your misuse of the decorations.
Copyright & Usage
By submitting images to YI CAKES LLC. for duplication, you hereby warrant that you have obtained any and all permissions necessary by the photographer, or copyright owner, if applicable. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YI CAKES LLC., from any and all damages and expenses, including actual attorney’s fees that may occur as a result of duplicating these images, including any claims brought by anyone claiming an interest in these photos or their subject matter. You understand the copyright laws pertaining to the ownership and reproduction of photos and you are also aware that large monetary penalties may be assessed for illegally copying photos without the written permission of the copyright owner.
By submitting images to YI CAKES LLC. for duplication, you hereby grant YI CAKES LLC. the right to design the cake theme and figure toppers based on the images provided and to use the finished cakes on our web site and any social networks for display and advertising purposes.
